The Healing Power of Three - Mind, Body and Spirit
I was introduced to Bryan and Phase Three Physical Therapy after undergoing knee surgery. My rehab went very well. In fact, within a very short period of time I was on the stationery bike. They not only had me physically back but mentally prepared for the task to heal. Then came a challenge I never expected; Open heart surgery 3 months later... Aortic valve replacement and by-pass surgery on 2 arteries. Bryan visited me at home and was with me all the way with mental support until I was ready for rehab. I was introduced me to Myofascial Release, Core Strengthening and Balance training. I made Bryan part of my life. I see him regularly for physical training and guidance in achieve mental harmony. After my surgeries I found you need more than just physical repair. You need a healer. Bryan provided the inspiration to have body and mind work together. --Sam R
